*Dehull – not all flours have to be dehulled – this is a customers choice. Leaving the hull on will increase the fibre content of the flour but it will change the texture and colour of flour.

*Mill – all of our products offered can be milled to customers desired particle size to best suit the food application

*Precooked – We are happy to work with InfraReady using their precooked technology. The benefits of precooking can lead to shorter cooking times, increased water and moisture absorption and retention, decreased microbial and enzymatic activity and increased shelf life.
